Another night, another amazing Karazhan run!

Well what a night last night was.

We went into KZ with some new additions to our group and proceeded to go and whup Attumen, Moroes, Maiden of Virtue and the Opera Event in one fantastic night of KZ madness.

This just goes to show that all those years of just doing 5 man instances has paid off. Not only are we gubbibg an instance that a lot of raiding guilds had serious issues with the first time they went in, but also we are doing it as a truly casual guild.

Karazhan Progress

Recently we started organising runs to Karazhan. So far we have been twice, but in the two times we have gone in, we have achieved a great amount of progresss for a first time in guild.

Run 1

This involved us tackling Attumen who we managed to down first time, with no casualties. Next we moved on to Moroes, who to say the least, we had a little trouble with. After several attempts it was getting late so we called it there. The main thing with Moroes though, was that people didnt want to give up, which is a great sign.

Run 2

This involved us starting off with Moroes. 4 attempts later we had him down and the best of it is, the only casualty we had was Steelstorm, who self ressed anyways.

Next we moved on to The Maiden who after 3 tries fell to our might with only one casualty: Tellos (isnt a run if Tellos doesnt die).

After that we approached the Opera Event with great anticipation. The chosen event of the night was Romulo and Julianne who I am happy to say went down first try!

We even had time to go and have 2 attempts on The Curator before it got too late, but sadly he did not go down.

Just found a small issue

Looks like there was a slight issue where accounts werent activating properly. Just so folks are aware, this should be resolved now, but if there are any furhter issues let me know in game.

Both Vice and Syco should now be able to access their new accounts and abuse them as they like Very Happy

Welcome Back

Hey folks, i'd like you all to give a warm welcome back to some of our old school members who have taken a break from WoW in recent months.

First off we have Karesha, an ex-officer who has been off for a little while and is now back on a semi regular basis to give us her pearls of wisdom, which some of us most certainally need.

Secondly we have Sethvir, another ex-offcier who has been a busy boy in real life, but has just managed to find the odd hour each week, to keep in contact with his fellow guildies and also at the same time, kill the odd murloc or two.

These are two of the founding members of the guild and a lot of you will know them, but for all you members who dont, feel free to say hello and engage in wonderful conversation with them as I promise, they wont bite!

Account Security

A wee while ago Raceland our illustrious guild master got his account hacked and all his items stripped from all his characters. Now this is one hell of a pain to recover from. The process can take for ever and your account can be locked whilst they investigate the hack. Also at the end of it you may not end up with half the stuff you had.

Raceland is not the first player either. Yours truly had his account assaulted some time ago and several other members have had this happen as well.

Basically I saw the following information on the Ten Ton Hammer site and thought, 'that would be good for guildies to know', so lo and behold I post the following here:
